Mumbai, April 14 -- Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde paid homage to Bharat Ratna Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar at Chaitya Bhoomi in Dadar on the occasion of his 135th birth anniversary, joining several top leaders of Maharashtra in marking the solemn Jayanti Mahotsav.
