Chennai, July 30 -- Sundaram Home Finance (SHF) has registered a 37% increase in its net profit for the first quarter ended 30th June 2026 at Rs. 85 crores as compared to Rs. 62 crores registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The Disbursements went up 12% to Rs. 1665 crores as compared to Rs. 1488 crores, while the Assets Under Management stood atRs.20,325 crores, a rise of 11% as compared to Rs. 18,027 crores.

The disbursements in the Emerging Business segment comprising of small ticket loans and affordable housing finance more than doubled in Q1 to Rs. 180 crores from Rs. 83 crores.
