Mumbai, June 3 -- After the resounding success of the Emmy Award-winning police procedural "Delhi Crime," Shefali Shah is set to team up with Fardeen Khan for the first time in the upcoming period drama series "Koke".
This marks Khan's second attempt at a period piece and Netflix after Sanjay Leela Bhansali's "Heeramandi", according to Variety India.
While details about the storyline and characters remain closely guarded, sources indicate that Koke is being developed as a large-scale ensemble drama featuring a mix of film and television actors.
The project is currently being shot and is slated for release on the streaming platform in early 2027.
