Varanasi, July 25 -- Jyotirpeethadhiswar Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati Maharaj arrived in Kashi today after completing the 81-day Gavishti Dharma Yudh Yatra, which began in Gorakhpur and travelled through all 403 assembly constituencies of Uttar Pradesh, to protect the cow.
He also announced the outline of the upcoming cow protection movement at the Gau Garjana Mahasabha held in Lucknow.
Upon his return to Kashi, saints, devotees, and followers accorded Shankaracharya a grand welcome and felicitation with flower showers and cheers.
