Imphal, June 18 -- Security forces conducted intensive search operations across multiple districts of Manipur on Wednesday recovering arms and ammunition, dismantling bunkers, and destroying unauthorised check posts, police said on Thursday.
In the most significant operation of the day, forces searched four villages - Leilon Vaiphei, Leilon Khunou, L. Munlui, and Konsakhul - under the jurisdiction of Leimakhong Police Station in Kangpokpi district.
