Snehal SenguptaKolkata, Aug. 22 -- Police have recovered seven high-value motorcycles, including two KTM Dukes and two Yamaha R15S, allegedly stolen in New Town, after a 19-year-old man in custody in an earlier theft case led investigators to a suspected hideout.
The recovery was made from an abandoned spot at a labour hutment near Tank No. 21 on Street No. 824 under Technocity Police Station during a raid on Friday. The haul also included three Bajaj motorcycles, police said.
The raid followed the interrogation of Gourab Goldar, 19, of Kakuria in North 24 Parganas, who is already in police custody in connection with a motorcycle theft case registered at Technocity Police Station in June.
