Hyderabad, Oct. 1 -- BJP Telangana State President N Ramchander Rao said the 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan', launched to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi completing 25 years as a public representative and head of government, was fostering a spirit of public service and social responsibility among people.
Participating as chief guest in a tree plantation programme at Tarnaka here on Thursday, Ramchander Rao said the month-long campaign was being conducted across Telangana from September 17 to October 17.
