Nizamabad (Telangana), Sept. 15 -- : Senior (Maoist) leader and Division Committee Member (DCM) Nakka Susheela Rani alias Latha, Lalitha, Rela, Jyothi, Madhavi and Sweatha surrendered before the Nizamabad Police after spending about 34 years in the underground movement, police said on Tuesday.
A member of the Education Department Committee of the Maad Divisional Committee in Chhattisgarh, she joined the CPI (ML) People's War in 1992 and was elevated as an Area Committee Member in 1996 and later promoted as a DCM in 2002, according to a police release.
