Mumbai, July 10 -- Senior Congress leader and former Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan said on Friday that around 6 MPs from the opposition Sharad Pawar-led NCP seem to be eyeing opportunities in the BJP.
Chavan made the statement only days after another senior Congress leader Vijay Wadettiwar stated on July 7 that talks are on between senior Sharad Pawar-led NCP leader Jayant Patil and BJP's Rajya Sabha MP Vinod Tawde, to close a deal where the NCP will extend support to the BJP-led NCP at the centre as well as in the state of Maharashtra, is still being discussed in political circles.
