New Delhi, Sept. 14 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the fifth edition of SEMICON India 2026 on September 17 at Yashobhoomi in New Delhi, with the three-day event bringing together major global and Indian semiconductor and electronics companies, policymakers, investors, researchers and start-ups, an official government release said on Monday.
The event, scheduled from September 17 to 19, will feature more than 600 exhibitors, including around 300 international companies, over 150 speakers and delegations from more than 40 countries. It is being jointly organised by the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM), the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and SEMI.
