Chandigarh, July 7 -- Senior Congress leader and Sirsa MP Kumari Selja on Tuesday criticised the Haryana Government's recruitment policy, alleging that flawed selection rules have deprived qualified candidates of jobs while leaving hundreds of sanctioned posts vacant across government departments.

Selja claimed that despite a large number of educated youth waiting for employment, recruitment drives were failing to fill available vacancies because of what she termed "impractical and defective" eligibility norms.
