Hyderabad, Aug. 28 -- The Secunderabad Division of South Central Railway (SCR) has engaged IIT Hyderabad to conduct comprehensive traffic assessment studies at Secunderabad and Lingampalli railway stations, aimed at reducing congestion, improving passenger dispersal and enhancing multimodal connectivity.
The study will assess vehicular and pedestrian movement, traffic circulation and access, multimodal integration, bottlenecks, parking and pick-up/drop-off arrangements, junction and signal improvements and traffic management measures around the stations, the SCR said in a release here on Friday.
