Chennai, Sept. 5 -- In the backdrop of some ruling party MLAs and functionaries pitchforking Chief Minister Vijay as the potential PM face in 2029, the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) has convened a consultation meeting with its alliance and friendly parties in Chennai on September 9, as the ruling party headed by Chief Minister Vijay, steps up its efforts to consolidate the political front to further strengthen it in the wake of strident criticisms from the Opposition parties, especially the DMK.
