Lucknow, June 27 -- Uttar Pradesh continues to reel under severe heat and heatwave conditions though there is a prediction that Monsoon is likely to enter the state in next 3 to 4 days.
According to the Meteorological Department, heatwave conditions will persist in the state until June 28, with a significant drop in temperature expected on June 29.
On Friday, several districts experienced heatwave conditions ranging from moderate to severe.
However, there is a glimmer of hope that the Southwest Monsoon is likely to arrive in Uttar Pradesh within the next three to four days.
