Parmod KumarNew Delhi, June 11 -- The Supreme Court on Thursday agreed to hear on Friday (June 12) a petition filed by Congress leader Meenakshi Natarajan challenging the rejection of her nomination papers for the Rajya Sabha election from Madhya Pradesh, even as it raised a question on the maintainability of the plea.

The matter was mentioned for urgent listing before a Bench of Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra and Justice Atul S. Chandurkar by senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi, appearing for Natarajan.
