Parmod KumarNew Delhi, April 21 -- The Supreme Court on Tuesday sought the Central government's response on a plea by a Kerala-based advocate challenging the constitutional validity of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, observing that the issues raised by the petitioner were of vital importance.
