Parmod KumarNew Delhi, July 24 -- Taking a stern view of recurring question paper leaks in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET), the Supreme Court on Friday sought a comprehensive response from the Central government on the steps taken to prevent future leaks as well as its stand on suggestions to shift the examination to a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format.
Observing that it could not allow the issue to continue unabated, the Court said it would closely monitor the matter and go the extra mile to ensure that a foolproof institutional mechanism is put in place to prevent future paper leaks.
