Nagpur, July 1 -- : Nagpur-based SBL Energy Ltd on Wednesday turned down allegations of any irregularity in its exports of industrial explosives to Sudan, saying every shipment was made only after securing the requisite clearances from Indian authorities and in full compliance with domestic laws and international export regulations, a prees release said.
In a detailed statement, the company said all its exports of industrial explosives to Sudan were carried out strictly in compliance with Indian laws and international regulatory requirements, rejecting any suggestion of deliberate wrongdoing following its designation by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
