New Delhi, Sept. 6 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta today visited the site of a building collapse in Satya Niketan in southwest Delhi and reviewed the ongoing rescue operation, as emergency teams searched through the debris for people feared trapped inside.
She directed officials and agencies involved in the rescue effort to ensure close coordination and leave no stone unturned in rescuing those trapped. Teams from the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), Delhi Fire Services, Delhi Police, Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), CATS and Civil Defence were deployed at the site.
