New Delhi, Oct. 30 -- Delhi Legislative Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta on Friday paid floral tributes to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on the eve of his 151st birth anniversary, recalling his pivotal role in India's freedom struggle and the integration of more than 550 princely states into the Indian Union.
