Ranchi, March 14 -- union Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth on Saturday met Jharkhand Governor Santosh Gangwar and proposed dedicating a floor of the under-construction library at Morabadi to Param Vir Chakra awardees.
During the meeting at Lok Bhavan here, Seth briefed the Governor about the progress of the library project being built at a cost of Rs 65 crore through the joint CSR initiative of Coal India Limited and Central Coalfields Limited.
He suggested that one floor of the library be dedicated to the Param Vir Chakra awardees, where their life stories and acts of bravery could be presented through audio-visual displays.
