Bhubaneswar, Oct. 6 -- Internationally acclaimed sand artist and Padma Shri awardee Sudarsan Pattnaik on Tuesday created a 10-ft-high and 20-ft-wide sand sculpture at Puri Beach to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi's completion of 25 years in public service.
The sculpture carries the message, "25 years of public service - the spirit of service, Modi Ji's vision for Viksit Bharat," and depicts themes of public service, leadership, national development and the vision of a developed India.
