Patna, March 2 -- Bihar Home Minister Samrat Choudhary today said the state government is fully alert to ensure the safety and assistance of migrant Biharis residing in West Aisa in view of the ongoing tense situation in the region.
Choudhary stated that the government has issued a special helpline number 91 7217788114 to provide any kind of assistance, information, or resolution of problems to people from Bihar currently staying in West Asian countries.
He said the concerned department's team will monitor the helpline round-the-clock and, if required, take swift action by coordinating with relevant agencies to address any emergency situation.
