Hyderabad, March 27 -- Sai Parenterals Limited's initial public offering (IPO) was fully subscribed, garnering 1.05 times overall subscription, led by strong demand from high-net-worth and institutional investors.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) segment was subscribed 1.71 times, while the Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs/HNIs) category emerged as the key driver with 2.36 times subscription, the pharma company said in a release here on Friday.
Within this, the HNI portion was subscribed 3.43 times, indicating strong conviction among affluent investors.
In contrast, the Retail Individual Investor (RII) segment saw muted participation at 0.12 times, reflecting cautious sentiment amid ongoing market volatility.
