Hyderabad, Aug. 25 -- Sai Parenterals Ltd on Tuesday said its Australian subsidiary, Noumed Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd, has renewed a three-year agreement over-the-counter (OTC) medicines supply agreement with a leading Australian pharmacy chain, with the contract valued at 'AUD 30 million (around Rs 204 crore)'.
The renewed agreement, effective immediately, covers an expanded product portfolio and includes continued product development and line extensions during the three-year term, the Pharma company said in a release.
Under the agreement, Noumed will manage the end-to-end supply chain, including manufacturing, product sourcing, regulatory compliance, TGA registrations, warehousing, quality assurance and nationwide distribution.
