Hyderabad, June 18 -- The Telangana government has decided to release Rythu Bharosa investment support funds to farmers for the upcoming Vanakalam (kharif) season from June 30, Irrigation and Civil Supplies Minister Capt. N. Uttam Kumar Reddy announced on Thursday after an informal Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy at the Secretariat.

Addressing the media along with Agriculture Minister Thummala Nageswara Rao and Panchayat Raj Minister Seethakka, Uttam Kumar Reddy said a massive farmers' meeting would be held at Madhira in Khammam district on June 30, where the distribution of Rythu Bharosa funds would be formally launched.
