Neeraj BaliChandigarh, July 30 -- The Haryana State Information Commission (HSIC) has recommended that the state government review its policy on the issuance of Completion Certificates for school buildings constructed under the School Management Committee (SMC), after concerns over student safety and certification practices surfaced during the hearing of a Right to Information (RTI) complaint.
The recommendation came in an order passed by Haryana Information Commissioner Dr. Ajay Kumar Sura while disposing of a complaint filed under Section 18 of the RTI Act by Rajesh Verma against the State Public Information Officer (SPIO), Office of the District Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha, Bhiwani.
