Hyderabad, Sept. 16 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Wednesday alleged that BRS leaders, their relatives and associates had looted lands and assets worth Rs one lakh crore during the previous regime by exploiting the Dharani land records system, and announced that all related allegations would be referred to a Special Enquiry Team (SET).
Participating in a short discussion on Section 22A of the Registration Act in the Assembly, he alleged that Dharani was manipulated to convert government, assigned, Bhoodan, forest and other prohibited lands into private patta lands and transfer them to individuals and companies.
