Visakhapatnam, Sept. 16 -- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will lay the foundation stones for four water supply and infrastructure projects and inaugurate another project, worth a total of Rs 1,838 crore, during his visit to Visakhapatnam on September 19, GVMC Commissioner Ketan Garg said on Wednesday.
The Chief Minister will also distribute house-site pattas to beneficiaries as part of his visit, the Commissioner said.
Of the five projects, foundation stones will be laid for the Rs 725-crore 24/7 water supply project, Rs 117-crore modernisation of bulk and semi-bulk water supply connections, Rs 150-crore dedicated industrial water supply pipeline and Rs 400-crore water supply and sewerage works under AMRUT 2.0.
