Itanagar, April 30 -- Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Pasighat Campus, organised an engaging interactive session titled "From Barracks to Backpacks - Journey of an Army Traveloholic", featuring Col Ashish Raisinghani of the Border Roads Organisation as the keynote speaker.
