New Delhi, May 18 -- Rajasthan Royals assistant coach Vikram Rathour admitted that poor decision-making during Sunday's dramatic collapse against Delhi Capitals ultimately cost the side heavily in the IPL playoff race, with the team now left fighting to keep its campaign alive.

Rajasthan looked set for a massive total after reaching 160/2 in 14 overs, but Mitchell Starc's superb 15th over triggered a collapse that derailed their innings. RR eventually finished on 193/8, which Delhi chased down with four balls remaining.

Rathour said Rajasthan were well short of the total they should have posted and pointed to poor decision-making from the batters during Starc's spell.
