New Delhi, June 27 -- A special CBI court in Delhi on Saturday granted regular bail to GST Officer (GSTO) Ajit Singh, the main accused in an alleged multi-crore Goods and Services Tax (GST) fake refund scam.
The order was passed by the Special Judge under the Prevention of Corruption (PC) Act at Rouse Avenue Court after hearing detailed submissions from both the prosecution and the defence. The court granted bail to the accused on a personal bond of Rs 1,00,000.
