London, July 19 -- India's batting legacy found a new landmark at the home of cricket on Sunday as Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, the torchbearers of the post-Tendulkar era, completed 400 international appearances together, a record that placed them alongside the greatest partnerships in the history of the game.
The milestone came during the third and deciding ODI against England at Lord's, where Rohit and Kohli walked onto the field to surpass the previous Indian record held by the legendary Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid, who featured together in 391 international matches.
