Patna, March 3 -- National president of the Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM), Upendra Kushwaha has been officially declared as the party's candidate for the Rajya Sabha polls.
State spokesperson for RLM, Nitin Bharti, said in a release on Tuesday that Kushwaha will contest the election with the support of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
