Lucknow, Feb. 27 -- The Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) is working to strengthen its base in Purvanchal ahead of the upcoming Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.
The party will organize a large public meeting at the Deoria Sugar Mill Ground on March 15. Party national president and union Minister Jayant Chaudhary will address this meeting.
At a press conference held at the state office on Friday, Rashtriya Lok Dal state president and former MLC Ramashish Rai said that the organization is fully active in preparations for the public meeting, and officials and workers are working to make it a historic event.
