Ranchi, June 1 -- : The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) on Monday questioned the Congress party's outreach to alliance partners ahead of the Rajya Sabha election in Jharkhand, alleging that consultations had not been held with all constituents of the INDIA bloc.

RJD state secretary Ram Kumar Yadav said Congress leaders, including Jharkhand in-charge K. Raju and Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, had recently held discussions with Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leaders but had not interacted with state leaders of the RJD and the CPI(ML).
