Patna, July 1 -- Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) celebrated its 30th Foundation Day on Wednesday, with party supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav calling on workers to remain united and strengthen the organisation.
In his brief address, Lalu Prasad Yadav said, "We have fought, and we will continue to fight. All of you should stay united and strengthen the party." His speech was greeted with loud applause from party workers, creating an enthusiastic atmosphere at the venue.
Addressing the function at the party office in Patna, Bihar Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav said Lalu Prasad Yadav founded the RJD in 1997 and has never compromised on his ideology in the face of feudal forces.
