Patna, Sept. 15 -- The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) on Tuesday accused independent Lok Sabha member Pappu Yadav and Bankipur MLA Prashant Kishor of trying to divert public attention from pressing issues in Bihar by targeting Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Prasad Yadav.
RJD state spokesperson Ejaz Ahmed said Yadav and Kishor should instead be questioning the government over issues including unemployment, rising crime and the plight of people affected by floods.
"Since the government is being forced to respond to these issues, statements against Tejashwi Yadav are being made to divert people's attention," Ahmed alleged.
