Riyadh, Oct. 27 -- The sixth Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, originally scheduled for November this year in Riyadh, have been postponed to March 28-April 8, 2027, the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) and the local organizing committee announced.
The new dates were confirmed following a review of organizational and logistical arrangements in coordination with National Olympic Committees (NOCs), stakeholders and partners, according toa joint statement on Monday.
The new schedule aims to align calendars and operational arrangements and ensure the broadest possible participation by eligible NOCs, the statement said.
