Siliguri, Sept. 18 -- Renowned Buddhist teacher Tulku Thamthog Rinpoche on Friday expressed concern over the unrest, tension and conflict s prevailing in different parts of the world and called for concerted efforts to establish peace and harmony.
Addressing the Press in Mirik, Rinpoche said lasting world peace could be achieved by improving the home environment, maintaining discipline among children and ensuring that parents properly discharge their responsibilities. He also stressed the need to avoid the misuse of modern technology and preserve culture, traditions and customs.
