Hyderabad, Aug. 20 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and senior Congress leaders paid rich tributes to former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna Rajiv Gandhi on his 82nd birth anniversary, recalling his contribution to modernising India, promoting technology and strengthening democracy.
In a post on X, Revanth Reddy said Rajiv Gandhi's birth anniversary is observed as Sadbhavana Diwas, symbolising peace, brotherhood, religious harmony and national unity.
He called upon people to follow his ideals and work towards building a strong and equitable India.
