New Delhi, April 20 -- Following the recent Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) action against two former executives of Reliance Communications (RCOM), the Reliance Group on Monday issued a clarification, distancing itself from the company and outlining key details regarding its management and ownership status.
In a media statement, a spokesperson for the Reliance Group said that D. Vishwanath and Anil Kalya served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President (Accounts and Finance), respectively, at RCOM after the company was admitted into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) in 2019.
