Mumbai, March 6 -- The Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL) officially announced here on Friday that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Finland's leading foods company Fazer, to establish a long-term strategic partnership in India to produce, market and distribute branded premium chocolates using Fazer's recipes.
Fazer is a leading FMCG company in Northern Europe, which is renowned for its high-quality chocolates, confectionery, bakery and plant-based products. In 2025, Fazer Group had net sales of 1,200 million Euros.
