Hyderabad, May 26 -- Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, a leading US-based biotechnology company, on Tuesday announced plans to establish a Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad as part of its strategy to strengthen global operations and expand support functions across drug development, digital technologies and commercial operations.

An MoU in this regard was also signed with the Government of Telangana in the presence of Telangana Minister for Information Technology, Industries and Commerce Duddilla Sridhar Babu.

In a release, the company said the Regeneron GCC is expected to become operational in the second half of 2026 and will create hundreds of new jobs in the coming years.
