Hamirpur (HP), March 25 -- The union Home Minister has written a letter to all the state governments to reserve twenty per cent jobs for Agniveers in their state jobs.
Before the first batch of Agniveers completes their four-year term in 2027, the central government has emphasized employment opportunities in the states.
The union Home Ministry has written to the Chief Ministers of all states recommending at least 20% reservation for Agniveers in government recruitment. This letter, issued in the name of Home Minister Amit Shah, is addressed directly to the Chief Ministers.
