Bengaluru, June 11 -- BJP MLC and former BJP National General Secretary CT Ravi on Thursday questioned the Karnataka government's decision to impose conditions on the Gruha Lakshmi scheme, alleging that the move was aimed at reducing the number of beneficiaries due to financial constraints.

Addressing mediapersons here, Ravi asked why conditions were being introduced now when no such restrictions were mentioned during the Congress party's election campaign.
