Mumbai, July 9 -- Actress Rashmika Mandanna has completed what the makers describe as Indian cinema's first underwater combat sequence led by a female protagonist for the upcoming pan-India action thriller Mysa, executing the demanding stunt without the assistance of an action double.
According to the producers, Mandanna spent approximately 20 hours underwater over two days shooting this ambitious action sequence. The underwater technical team and cinematographer (DOP) on set praised her performance, calling it a unique experience in the Indian film industry.
