Mumbai, Aug. 16 -- Ranveer Singh has commenced shooting for "Pralay", an ambitious survival thriller that unfolds against the backdrop of an impending global catastrophe.
Produced by Ananya Birla's Birla Studios, True Story Films and Maa Kasam Films, the film is being directed by Jay Mehta. The first schedule has commenced in Mumbai after an extensive period of preparation and pre-production.
This film marks Singh's next major venture after "Dhurandhar" and "Dhurandhar - The Revenge." Both films are among the highest-grossing films of all time. With "Pralay," the 40-year-old actor once again ventures into a world never before explored in Indian cinema.
