Ranchi, March 9 -- The Ranchi Municipal Corporation on Monday held a review meeting to strengthen drinking water supply arrangements ahead of the summer season.

The meeting, chaired by Deputy Municipal Commissioner Kumar Abhishek, discussed preparations to ensure adequate water supply across the city and reviewed challenges faced by the water supply branch.

Officials were directed to resolve water-related complaints promptly and dispose of applications received at water wards within seven days. A regular roster will be prepared for operating the corporation's 70 water tankers, with priority supply to water-scarce areas through mobile tankers.
