Patna, June 5 -- Bihar Cooperative Minister Ramkripal Yadav planted a sapling at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on the occasion of World Environment Day and called upon people to actively participate in environmental conservation efforts by making tree plantation a mass movement.
Addressing the gathering, Yadav emphasised the inseparable relationship between human life and the environment, saying that climate change, rising pollution, and indiscriminate exploitation of natural resources have increasingly disturbed ecological balance.
